Single keycap/keyset listing per household, per sale rule

For all FCFS CraftedbyAnnie.com shop sales, please only order one (1) keycap/keyset listing per household, per sale. Meaning for each release, please only purchase 1 keycap/keyset listing per order. Please don't try to have a friend/girlfriend/boyfriend/cousin/mother etc., order for you so you can get more than 1 keycap or keyset per sale.🥺 Orders with more than one keycap/keyset listing purchased will be cancelled/refunded.

If any keycap listings remain unsold after a day or so, we will open them back up for those that have already placed keycap orders during the initial release.💖💖

After dealing with botting and folks trying to obtain more than one keycap/keyset for the purpose of flipping/using as trade bait, I feel that this is one way I can somewhat help make sure everyone who genuinely would like a keycap/keyset for themselves gets a fair chance. 🥺💕

Ceramics

Each item will be carefully wrapped and protected during shipping to ensure it arrives safely to you! If a piece arrives damaged (cracked / chipped / broken) beyond what existed prior to purchase, please contact craftedbyannie.cba@gmail.com within 24 hours with a description and pictures of the box and piece. All ceramics are shipped with insurance that covers the full cost of the item.

Lost packages

Crafted by Annie will not refund or replace any lost packages. Once a package leaves my hands, I unfortunately cannot control the actions of any shipping carriers.

Damaged items

All items are packaged securely to make sure they arrive as safely as possible. Crafted by Annie is not liable for damage of items during transit. For ceramic items only, if a piece arrives damaged (cracked / chipped / broken) beyond what existed prior to purchase, please contact craftedbyannie.cba@gmail.com within 24 hours with a description and pictures of the box and piece.
